Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 14 oz frozen broccoli
- 10.5 oz canned cream of celery soup
- 4 oz mayonnaise
- 6 oz skim milk
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
Procedure
- Sear the cubed chicken in saucepan.
- Place cooked chicken and remaining ingredients into a casserole dish.
- Cover with foil and bake in oven at 375°F for 30 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
