Photohunting for Wikimedia/Seeking out pre-existing photos

Sometimes, photos already exist for a subject, and they are compatible with the licensing requirements on Wikimedia. This means they are either:

  • CC-BY-SA
  • CC-BY
  • CC-Zero
  • an equivalent to one of the three above

In this case, we can engage in a different kind of photohunting: looking for photos that are already available.
