The 2023–24 Towson Tigers men's basketball team represents Towson University in the 2023–24 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Tigers, led by 13th-year head coach Pat Skerry, play their home games at the SECU Arena in Towson, Maryland as members of the Coastal Athletic Association (CAA).

Previous season

The Tigers finished the 2022–23 season 20–11, 12–6 in CAA play, to finish as in a tie for third place with UNC Wilmington. As the No. 3 seed in the CAA tournament, they defeated Delaware in the quarterfinals before losing to No. 1 seed Charleston in the semifinals.
