Early life and education
Bernal attended Carleton College and graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso.[2]
Career
Bernal previously served in the administrations of Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton. During the Biden Presidential campaign Bernal served as a Deputy Campaign manager.[3]
