Philippine Amateur Baseball Association
The Philippine Amateur Baseball Association (PABA) is the national governing body for amateur baseball in the Philippines. Founded by Hector C. Navasero who served as the founder and president from its founding in 1978 to 2013. When he died of sepsis.
