Chutney Sambar (TV series)

Chutney Sambar is a 2024 Upcoming Indian Tamil-language Comedy drama streaming television series directed by Radha Mohan for Disney+ Hotstar.[1] Producer by Ishari K. Ganesh under the banner of Vels Film International, the series stars Yogi Babu and Vani Bhojan in the lead role along with Nithin Sathya, Chandramouli PS and Illango.

Development

The series was announced by Disney+ Hotstar on 15 July 2023.[2] The series is produced by Ishari K. Ganesh under the Vels Film International. Radha Mohan of Kaatrin Mozhi (2018) and Bommai (2023) fame,[3] will director the series. This is his debut in a limited series. The cinematography is handled by Prasanna Kumar, editing by Jijendran, Music by Ajesh.

Casting

Tamil actor Yogi Babu[4] was cast main role. This is his first role in a limited series. Actress Vani Bhojan[5] in plays the female lead and Chandramouli, Ilango and Nithin Sathya as supporting cast. Vani Bhojan has worked with Radha Mohan’s film Malaysia to Amnesia which had a direct release on Zee5 in 2021.

The first look poster was release on Friday 14 June 2024, The poster features a They sit at the same table to eat.[6][7]
