Election 2002
General elections were held on 10 Oct 2002. Dr. Azra Fazal Pechuho of PPP won by 75,237 votes.[3]
Election 2008
General elections were held on 18 Feb 2008. Dr. Azra Fazal Pechuho of PPP won by 108,404 votes.[4]
Election 2013
General elections were held on 11 May 2013. Dr. Azra Fazal Pechuho of PPP won by 113,199 votes and became the member of National Assembly.[5]
Election 2018
General elections are scheduled to be held on 25 July 2018.

Election 2024
General elections were held on 8 February 2024.[9] Asif Ali Zardari won the election, but later vacated the seat to become the President of Pakistan.[10]

By-election 2024
A by-election was to be held on 21 April 2024. However, Aseefa Bhutto Zardari won the election unopposed after all other candidates withdrew their nomination papers.[11]
