Daniela Poggiali
Daniela Poggiali is an Italian nurse who was accused of killing 38 of her patients. She was exonerated in 2021, after confounding factors were found in a statistical reanalysis of the hospital’s mortality data.[1]

She took photos of herself with some of the victims' bodies. She was arrested after an autopsy on 78-year-old Rosa Calderoni revealed dangerous levels of potassium in her body. 38 of 86 of her patients died within a three-month period.[2][3]
She has been found not guilty by Supreme Court in January 2023 [4]
