Edward Delling-Williams

Edward Delling-Williams is a  British chef, restaurateur, television presenter, and writer. Currently residing in Normandy, he founded The Presbytere restaurant in 2022, which was recognised with a Bib Gourmand Award in 2023[1] and in 2024. Delling-Williams' work with Recipe TV was awarded a Daytime Emmy nomination in 2021.[2]

Career

Delling-Williams began his chef career in pub in Somerset, England. Delling-Williams then moved to London in 2010, where he worked at St John’s Restaurant. He then moved to Paris in 2012 and worked at the Au Passage for three years.[3]

He co-founded Le Grande Bain in Paris (2017),[4] along with its sister bakery company, Le Petite Grain[5]

During the COVID-19 pandemic (2020), Delling-Williams moved to the countryside of Normandy with his wife Zoe Lee and their three boys. There, he started a vegetable farm.

Delling-Williams combined Normandy cuisine with the Sunday roasts of his work in Somerset, and created The Presbytere (2023),[6] a restaurant located near the coast in Heugueville-sur-Sienne.[7]
