Elia Ilano
Elia Maria Norelle “Elia” Ilano (born 24 March 2010) is a Filipino TV, movie and theater [2] actress and Youth Leader in the Philippines. Known for her performances in a variety of television shows and movie genres, she rose to fame for playing the Young Nadine Lustre in Ulan[3] and as Ningning in La Luna Sangre.[4] She became the youngest chapter leader in the world for State of Youth by KidsRights Foundation.[5]
