Gayatri Devi (Uttar Pradesh politician)
Gayatri Devi was an Indian politician and spouse of 5th Prime Minister of India Chaudhary Charan Singh. She served as Member of 7th Lok Sabha from Kairana Lok Sabha constituency[1] and Member of 5th Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly from Iglas Assembly constituency.[2] She was only first lady MLA from Mathura.[3]

Personal life
She was born on 5 December 1905 at Garhi kundal village in Sonipat district, Haryana.[4] She died on 10 May 2002[5] after a prolonged illness.[6] She married Charan Singh, Prime Minister of India on 5 June 1925.[7]
