Howard A. Duncan
Howard A. Duncan (November 23, 1927 – June 19, 2004) was an American politician. He served as a Democratic member of the Louisiana State Senate.[1]

Life and career
Duncan served in the United States Army during the Korean conflict.[2]
In 1966, Duncan was elected to the Louisiana State Senate, serving until 1968.[1]
Duncan died on June 19, 2004,[2] at the age of 76.
