Ihor Skybiuk
Ihor Skybiuk (born 1976) is a Ukrainian military officer Brigadier General of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a participant of the Russian-Ukrainian war. Commander of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (since 2024).[1] Hero of Ukraine (2022). Recipient of the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky, II and III degrees (2022).
