The showcase is an annual fundraiser for the Indiana Sport's Corp's non-profit mission.[1][2]

President of the nonprofit Indiana Sports Corp has confirmed that they are working to schedule teams through the 2027 season.[3]

History

In 2022, the tournament was founded as a replacement to the Crossroads Classic. An indefinite agreement has been made with the stakeholders to host the event each December.[4]

In 2023, the event was a sell out crowd.[5] Peacock had exclusive broadcast rights to games, and viewing was only available through their streaming service. [6] The #1 Arizona Wildcats were upset by #3 Purdue Boilermakers[7]

In 2024, the headliner match up will be between Purdue Boilermakers and Texas A&M[8]
