Inter Services Selection Board (Bangladesh)

The Inter Services Selection Board (colloquially known as ISSB)[3] is a military organization for the selection of candidates[4][5] in the Bangladesh Armed Forces: the Army,[6][7][8] the Navy,[9] and the Air Force.[10] It was formed in 1976.[11][12]
