Isoelectric (electric potential)

Isoelectric is an adjective for that which has or represents:

Zero difference in electric potential, [1] or is

Equal in electrical potential; containing or indicating no potential difference.[2]

Examples

"A horizontal line between the U and P waves, or between the T and P waves if the U wave is absent, is called the isoelectric line (baseline) of the ECG."[3]
