She won 3 bronze medals at the 2013 World Aquatics Championships. She also won a silver and a gold at the 2014 European Aquatics Championships, 2 silvers at the 2012 European Aquatics Championships, and a bronze at the 2010 European Aquatics Championships.

July 29, 2023, Day 8 of Vertical Blue at Dean’s Blue Hole in the Bahamas saw Ukraine’s Kateryna Sadurska extend by a meter the world record she set two days earlier in the Constant Weight No Fins (CNF) discipline. Sadurska dove to 77m /253ft.[1]
