Leoncio Morán Sánchez
Leoncio Alfonso Morán Sánchez (born 18 July 1966) is a Mexican politician from the National Action Party (PAN). From 2009 to 2012 he served as a federal deputy in the 61st Congress, representing Colima's first district. He had previously served as the municipal president of Colima.[1]
