Leporinus microphysus
Leporinus microphysus is a species of fish in the family Anostomidae. It is found in the Amazon basin in Brazil.[2]

Etymology
The species epithet is formed from the words micro- meaning small; and physus, the bladder, referring to the fish's small gas bladder.[3]
