Jamshedpur is one of the major hubs for industry in Jharkhand, India. The following are neighbourhoods of the city.
Central
The Central area is the main area of commercial and cultural activities.
Eastern
Eastern side contains residential, a commercial and other industrial areas.
Southern
The southern side contains mixed - used areas, commercial areas and the other industrial areas.
Western
The western side contains two residential and mixed used areas while others are industrial areas.
