Education

Subramaniam has an M.A. in Renaissance Literature from the University of York.[3]

Additionally, Subramaniam has to her credit the Frankfurt Buchmesse fellowship, the Bureau International de l'Édition Française fellowship, and the Zev Birger fellowship.[4]

Subramaniam has also been a World Fellow at Yale University and a Fisher Family Summer Fellow at Stanford University.[5]

Career

Subramaniam is the Editor-in-Chief at Penguin Random House India where she heads key imprints including Allen Lane, Viking, Hamish Hamilton, Penguin Paperbacks and Penguin Classics.[4][6][7]
