Mat Watson

Matthew Watson, commonly known as Mat Watson, is a British motor journalist. He is mainly known for presenting the U.K based company Carwow's official YouTube channel of the same name.

Career

In 2013, Watson hosted the ITV4 programme I Want That Car alongside Rebecca Jackson.[2][3][4][5]

YouTube

Watson started making car videos for the Auto Express and Carbuyer YouTube channels.[5] Watson started his own YouTube channel under the name of Mat Watson Cars on April 25th, 2011.[6] In 2016, Watson left Carbuyer to start making videos for the UK online car marketplace site Carwow's YouTube channel.[5][7][8] He would later become Carwow's Chief Content Officer.[5]

Private life

He is a Bachelor of Science of The University of Edinburgh (Chemistry Bachelor of Science). His wife's name is Jo. They have a daughter called Grace.
