Club career
On 22 September 2020, Riikonen joined the U19 side of Danish Superliga club FC Copenhagen on a season-long loan deal.[1]
On 26 November 2021, he signed a two-year contract with Inter Turku.[2]
On 22 November 2023, Riikonen signed a two-year deal with fellow Veikkausliiga club IFK Mariehamn.[3]
