Mindaugas Nikoličius
Mindaugas Nikoličius (born 5 October 1983) is a Lithuanian football executive who is the sporting director of Hajduk.

Early life
Nikoličius initially studied law prior to becoming a sports manager.[1]
Career
Nikoličius worked for Scottish side Hearts. After that, he worked as sporting director of Croatian side Gorica, helping the club achieve promotion.[2]
Personal life
Nikoličius married a Croatian woman and has a daughter.[3]
