Mokran Ingkat
Mokran bin Ingkat[1] is a Malaysian politician who served as Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Sungai Manila since 2020. He is a member of United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), a component party of Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition.[2]
