Multanaram Barupal
Multanaram Barupal is an Indian advocate, politician and former MLA of Jaisalmer in Rajasthan.[1] He has been chairman of Bar Association of Jaisalmer.[2] He is the author of the Book, "Bantvar Nama", a legal fiction, how a mistake by a government officer leads to a long land disputes between two poor families, and how Indian judiciary was unable to do the justice.[3] Based on his 40 years of legal practice in land laws, he explains complex Indian land, civil and criminal laws with this story.
