History

The club was founded in 2021 and quickly won the Division One in their maiden season; the club got promoted to the Ghana Premier League in the 2021–22 season.[2]

In 2024, Nsoatreman won their first ever trophy as winners of the Ghana FA Cup, defeating Bofoakwa Tano 5–4 on penalty shoot-out.[3]
