Pedro Bernal Elizalde
Pedro Bernal Elizalde (17 January 1890 – 2 January 1981) was the 3rd to the last appointed Mayor of Cebu City, Philippines before the R.A. 1233 amended the city charter.

Life at the Public Office
On December 29, 1953, Pedro B. Elizalde was exonerated by President Elpidio Quirino,[2] and was freed from all charges and allegations thru the recommendation of the Secretary of Finnance, Aurelio Montirola Sr. The order was released by the Executive Secretary Marciano Roque.
