Pisan Manawapat
Pisan Manawapat (Thai: พิศาล มาณวพัฒน์) is a Thai diplomat and former Thai Ambassador to the United States.[1][2][3] He previously served as Thai Ambassador to Belgium, Luxembourg and the European Communities.[4]
