Polichna (Crete)

Polichna (Ancient Greek: Πολίχνα) was a town in the eastern part of ancient Crete, near ancient Praesus.

For the ancient town of western Crete also with this name, see Polichne (Crete).

Its site is tentatively located near the modern Trypitos, Petras.[1][2]
