Release and reception

The film was initially planned to release in the summer of 2017 before the release was deferred to mid-November of 2017.[11][12][13]

A critic from 123telugu rated the film 2 12 out of 5 and wrote that "On the whole, Prematho Mee Karthik has a good concept but the director disappoints with his slow-paced narration and predictable proceedings. Though there are some good family emotions here and there, the film fails to impress most of the times".[5]
