Ran Serey Leakhena

Ran Serey Leakhena (Khmer: រ៉ន សិរីលក្ខិណា, born 1 October 1979) [1][2][3] is an appointed government official for coordinating the international cooperation to fight against human trafficking in Cambodia.

In this Cambodian name, the surname is Ran. In accordance with Cambodian custom, this person should be referred to by the given name.
