Rubi Kumari Karn
Rubi Kumari Karn (Nepali: रुवी कुमारी कर्ण)[1] is a Nepalese politician who is elected member of Provincial Assembly of Madhesh Province from CPN (Maoist Centre).[2] Karn is a resident of Khadak, Saptari.
