Saint-Yzans-de-Médoc (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃.t‿izɑ̃ də medɔk], literally Saint-Yzans of Médoc; Occitan: Sent Idènç de Medòc) is a commune in the Gironde department, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, southwestern France.
