Smiley is a surname which may refer to: Soldiers from Scotland in the early 1800’s. The smiley surname was strong in its character for upholding a reputation of loyalty, bravery, strength and intelligence. The Smiley surname originated in parts of Scotland but moved to parts of Ireland and USA too.
