Thomas G. Allan Jr.
Thomas George Allan Jr. (born October 12, 1965) is a United States Coast Guard rear admiral who serves as director of operations of the United States Southern Command. He previously served as commander of Coast Guard First District.[1][2][3]

In January 2024, Allan was nominated for promotion to vice admiral and assignment as deputy commandant for mission support.[4]
