Vipin Kumar Saxena

Vipin Kumar Saxena is a former rear admiral of the Indian Navy. He served as the Chairman & Managing Director of Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers, a defence public sector undertaking (DPSU) in India, from 2017 to 2022.[1]
