Zelten
Zelten is a traditional Italian fruitcake from the Trentino-Alto Adige region prepared during Christmas.[1] It is made with rye flour, wheat flour, dried and candied fruits, orange zest, and various spices. The name derives from the word selten, which in the nearby dialect means 'seldom', since it is usually prepared only once a year.[2]
