Triangles Rowan(Drop)

MaimedStackedHeather(n, k) is almost the same as Heather(k), but the first entry in every positive row is 0 instead of 1.

So the entries of Rowan are entries of Heather multiplied by a factor:
For positive k: Rowan(n, k) = Heather(k) · (nk + 1)     E.g. Rowan(6, 4) = Heather(4) · (6 − 4 + 1) = 8 · 3 = 24.
