Even though English is not my mother language, I have been speaking it for 33 years of my life. I also speak 3 more languages fluently, which gives me a broad perspective on how people use language. The other side of the coin is that I often construct sentences in English taken from other languages if find them more eloquent despite common usage or cultural differences. It sort of makes me a citizen of nowhere with a unusual syntax. Proper use of direct language without vagueness, ambiguity or flowery useless prose is my goal.
