I am a translator, for the moment working mainly on late edwardian sci-fi, fantastic fiction, horror. I am very interested in the origin of idioms and in the evolution of English language, especially as I often come across words and idioms that have changed their meaning through the course of time. I'm better at translating from English than writing it, sadly.
