1949 Lawrence Vikings football team

The 1949 Lawrence Vikings football team represented Lawrence University as a member of the Midwest Conference (MWC) during the 1949 college football season. Led by 12th-year head coach Bernie Heselton, the Vikings compiled an overall record of 7–1 with a mark of 6–0 in conference play, winning the MWC title.[1][2] Lawrence played home games at Whiting Field in Appleton, Wisconsin.
