Bílence (German: Bielenz) is a municipality and village in Chomutov District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 300 inhabitants.

Bílence lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) south-east of Chomutov, 46 km (29 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 76 km (47 mi) north-west of Prague.
