Berlingozzo
Berlingozzo is a typical Carnival cake from Lamporecchio, in the province of Pistoia, Italy.[1] It is a simple ring-shaped cake, flavored with anise, and has its origins in the time of the Medici. The name derives from berlingaccio, a term that indicated Fat Thursday.[2]
