Ceton

Ceton (French pronunciation: [sətɔ̃] ) is a commune in the Orne department in north-western France. It is the southernmost municipality in Normandy. The commune has the largest surface area of the communes based in the Orne, at 59.39 km ²[3]

The Commune has three buildings and areas listed as a Monument historique.[4]

  • Beauvais Castle is a Percheron fortified house, which was registered as a monument in 1992.[5]
  • Saint-Pierre Church an eleventeenth century church, registered as a Monument historique in 1974.[6]
  • Manoir du Mont-Gâteau a manor house, registered as a Monument historique in 1992.[7]
