Cielo Rusinque
Cielo Elainne Rusinque Urrego (born 9 April 1978) is a Colombian lawyer, teacher and political activist. She serves as General Director of Social Prosperity from 2023 to 2024[1][2] and currently serves as Superintendent of Industry and Commerce.[3]
