Giselle (singer)
Aeri Uchinaga (内永 枝利, Uchinaga Eri, born October 30, 2000), better known by her stage name Giselle (지젤), is a Japanese singer and rapper based in South Korea. She is a member of the South Korean girl group Aespa, formed by SM Entertainment in November 2020.

Early life
Giselle was born in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea, to a South Korean mother and a Japanese father, and grew up in Tokyo, Japan.[3] She is fluent in Japanese, Korean, and English.[3]
She attended Tokyo International School and International School of the Sacred Heart, where she was introduced to K-pop in her sophomore year of high school.[4][5] She later returned to Korea after graduation to audition for SM Entertainment and passed the company's Saturday auditions after 4 attempts.[6][7][8]
Career
2020–present: Debut in Aespa and solo activities
After 11 months of training,[8] SM Entertainment unveiled Giselle as the third member of Aespa on November 6, 2020,[9] which is the company's first girl group since Red Velvet in 2014. They debuted with the single "Black Mamba" on November 17.[10]
In December, 2021, Giselle participated in the song "Zoo" with labelmates from SM for the 2021 Winter SM Town: SMCU Express.[11]
On June 4, 2024, it was announced that Giselle will feature in Bol4's single "Lips" which is set to be released on June 13.[12]
