Naya has a career-high WTA singles ranking of 380,[1] achieved on 20 November 2023. She also has a career-high doubles ranking of world No. 340, reached on 1 January 2024. She has won three singles and six doubles titles in tournaments of the ITF Circuit.
Naya also represents Argentina in Billie Jean King Cup.[2]
She is openly lesbian[3] and is engaged to tennis player Nadia Podoroska.[3][4]
