Hohepa Puru
Hohepa Puru (born 2 July 2002) is an Australian rugby league footballer who plays as a lock for the Canberra Raiders in the National Rugby League.

Background
Puru is of Aboriginal Australian[2] and Maori descent.
Playing career
In 2022, Puru was the captain of the Penrith Panthers' Jersey Flegg Cup (under-21s) grand final winning team.[3]
In 2023, Puru joined the Canberra Raiders. He made his NRL debut on 3 September 2023.[3][4] He re-signed with Canberra for the 2024 season, with an option for the 2025 season.[5]
