Lester Towns
Lester Towns (born August 28, 1977) is an American football coach and former player. He is the head football coach at Los Angeles Valley College (LAVC), a position he has held since 2019. Towns played professionally as a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL) for the Carolina Panthers, Arizona Cardinals and Miami Dolphins. He graduated from Pasadena High School in Pasadena, California in 1995, and subsequently played college football at the University of Washington.[1] Towns was selected by the Panthers in the seventh round of 2000 NFL draft.[2]
